商家服务岗 工作职责: 1. 负责新客户系统导入,包括物流系统后台权限配置,培训客户使用系统下订单; 2. 跟进客户日常使用仓配系统异常情况,协调研发、产品、计划、运营等部门,解答客户问题,确保客户运营顺利,提高客户满意度; 3. 负责完成计费系统的报价导入及日常维护,协助推广网上计费,整理完善仓库配送业务收入结算流程,完成客户线上线下收入账单的开具; 4. 负责收入的完整性和准确性,协助汇总统计每月收入,解答客户对仓库配送账单的疑问,跟踪客户付款并及时核销。 岗位要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,物流与供应链管理专业优先; 2. 3年以上物流业务服务/运营工作经验,熟悉仓库运营和物流配送业务; 3. 熟练使用办公软件,对数据敏感; 4. 有较强的沟通能力,项目协调能力,良好的客户服务意识,抗压能力强; 5. 英语、当地语言流利,中文母语者优先 工作地点:西班牙 入职时间:即日起 Customer service Job duties: 1.Responsible for new customer system import, including logistics systembackground authority configuration, training customers to use the system toplace orders; 2.Follow up the customer's daily use of warehouse system exceptions,coordinate with R & D, product, planning, operations and other departmentsto answer customer questions, to ensure smooth customer operations and improvecustomer satisfaction; 3.Responsible for the import and daily maintenance of the billingsystem, assist in the promotion of online billing, organize and improve theincome settlement process of warehouse distribution business, and complete thebilling of customers' online and offline income; 4.Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of revenue, assist inthe summary statistics of monthly revenue, answer customer questions on warehousedelivery billing, track customer payments and timely write-offs.
