工作性质: 对产品从端到端的整个生命周期的管理,并最终确保产品的成功 End-to-end product management streamline to ensure life-cycle success and P&L
1, 策略规划(Strategy&Plan)
* 承接总部GTM计划,在西班牙市场进行高效实施落地
Cooperate with HQ GTM plan team, make sure the GTM excution and achieve the final target
*研究西班牙当地市场、客户自身智能机战略,市场竞争情况,制定整体智能机打法Cooperate with product team to make sure on time deliver of the product planning and the comprehensive products strategy based on the intensive study of local market, smartphone strategy, competition status, also considering our R&D and supply capability
2,业绩目标(Performance Target)
负责市场整体年度产品规划,各产品系列量、P&L目标制定及达成
Be responsible for the market whole year key products GTM plan, to ensure volumn target for the products and series, support and drive to achieve the P&L target
3,项目管理及业务拓展(Projects Management&Business Exploring)
* 推动总部资料输出,为本地团队产品选型,客户交流输入产品相关材料和信息
Drive the process of product project KO, development, delievery,Prepare the material and information for local team and client development
* 项目KO后的GTM全流程管理,协调和推动跨部门资源,对项目最终成功上市负责
GTM complete flow management after kick off , cooperate and drive with cross department, be responsible for the product successful launching
* 上市后的销售达成监控,打法调整,价格返利管理,以及EOL
Adjusting the product strategy,price rebate management and EOL with sales team after launch by monitoring the sales performance
* 相关报告的制作和输出,数据的梳理、分析和输出
Analyze and output the project/product related data, and work out the relative reports
4,产品相关(Products Related)
* 竞品分析,主要竞争对手分析,客户战略分析,宏观环境分析
Support and drive the completion of market insight about competitive products, competitor status,KA strategy and macro-enviroment
* 根据本地市场特色输出KSP,并为研发提供产品反馈,推进产品迭代
Cooperate with global product function to impact on prodcut planning. Make sure product planning can reflect market demands. Guide and drive the right product lock down on time.
税后月薪: 2500欧元以上
