西班牙做博后

大家好:

我现在武汉工作,9月份要到西班牙做博后, 邀请单位说需要博士学位证书(Copy of your higher university degree)就可以, 但我在本站看到的材料说需要公证和认证. 不知哪个更准确? 使馆录音电话没有说我们这种情况, 人工咨询电话打了一个星期都是忙音,太惨了!

如果学历需要公证,认证, 是单认证还是双认证? 无犯罪证明呢?单认证还是双认证? 单认证和双认证分别需要多长时间?
我担心时间来不及!

健康证明:我已经给北京燕莎打电话了,2小时可以完成, 费用110美元(可交RMB),需要预约,随到随体检, 和睦家需要预约,费用860元.

学历需要双认证（即公证处公证后送外交部认证，再送西班牙使馆认证）

什么燕京，什么和睦家收费也太黑了，上海便宜多了，小心受骗！人工咨询电话是很难打我就从未成功过！

有住所证明需要吗? 如果必须, 传真件是否可以? 我今天拿护照, 下午订住的地方,需要给邀请单位发邮件.

他们给我选择的有两种:
We have one bedroom apartments and studios. They are both double occupancy but you can choose to use it by yourself if you prefer.  The prices for this year are: 540 euros /month for a one bedroom apartment and 475 euros / month for a studio (prices include utilities). They will be increased a bit for next year.
我想预订的是one bedroom apartment,希望与别人合住, 每月270欧元. 是不是太贵了?  
studios方便吗? one bedroom apartment有些什么设施? 能否上网?
希望去过的大大指点!

西班牙大学学生很少有两同性人合住一双人间的, 除非...，studio 和one bedroom apartment 的最大区别就是studio里面没有单独的厨房，和卧室都合为一房间，一般要上网得另外付费，但学校上网很方便。

the inviting university need your certificate to deal with your contract after you arrive there, because you will work as a post-doctror there, so you need a doctoral degree, but the spanish goverment does not admit chinese degree, you need to apply for change of your degree to that of spanish. and the spanish education department need time to deal the application. In fact, you will just get a letter from education department say that they are dealing with your application now. Many people like me would not get the result unitl they leave spain.

现在邀请单位已经给我如下材料:

Letter of invitation from the CRM (in English and Spanish).

The "Credential" confirming your grant.

A copy of the CRM "Identificaci髇 fiscal" number.

A copy of the visa application form.

A document containing information on how to apply for the right kind of visa to come to the CRM. (attached as visa.doc)

VISA procedure for CRM Research Visitors from outside the European Community area


For your next visit to the CRM you need to apply for a “Permiso de residencia y exceptuación de permiso de trabajo” (Residency permit with work permit waiver). To do that you need to apply to the Spanish Consulate* near you and produce the documents listed below. Even though we have checked the information contained in this document, we advise you to call the Spanish Consulate beforehand to make sure that the list of documents is the right one in your country and to find out if there is any additional step that you should take into consideration (appointments, timetable, etc).

The procedure might take 3 months so we encourage you to begin the application as soon as possible and to inform us of the day that you actually submitted the application, and the documents (and to which Consulate) so we can track it if necessary.

Documents to submit at the nearest Spanish Consulate*:
1.        Filled application form (you can find the form at: http://www.mae.es/ go to “Servicios consulares y recomendaciones de viaje” and then at “El ciudadano extranjero que desea viajar a España” and “Formulario de solicitud de visado” which takes you to the form in pdf format.
2.        Passport (has to be valid during the whole time that you will be in Spain)
3.        Copy of your higher university degree.
4.        Letter of invitation from the CRM and (if applies) letter confirming the positive resolution of a grant application.
5.        Short report of the work to undertake in the CRM (written in English and about half page long).
6.        3 ID pictures (on white background).
7.        Police certificate (ask your local Spanish Consulate how to obtain this document in your country).
8.        Medical certificate (ask your local Spanish Consulate how to obtain this document in your country).
9.        A copy of the “Identificación fiscal” number of the CRM.

I also went to spain working as a postdoc in 2003, I applied the "Permiso de residencia y exceptuación de permiso de trabajo" visa, and they just needed the documents listing on the website. I did not hand in the doctoral certifice then, and the people receiving the application documents in embassy told me that I could get the visa in one month.

看来你得申请工作签证，相对于申请留学签证要麻烦一些，你要在本网站里面查申请工作签证的具体条款，以后你应在"侨民热门咨询"里面咨询讨论有关问题了。
请注意你已经得到NEV号了吗？这个很关键！

向你们CRM要这个NEV号码，这个你可以让CRM先替你申请，拿到号后去大使馆递交材料，时间少多了，但CRM在西班牙替你申请也得花时间.

我已经得到了CRM的确认,上面所列的材料足够了(在14帖). (我向它叙述了所有顾虑,包括各位大大的观点).

她说,对我这种情况而言,不需填工作申请表.  NEV号暂时不需要, 因为今年刚刚改成这样.
