Job title: Receptionist &Administrative Support Your mainresponsibilities at reception will be:
- Work from the office reception desk, meet and greet clients, vendors, and staff;
- Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively, for instance, meetings, events, and appointments;
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and be responsible for receiving and managing related invoices;
- Office supervision to ensure efficient functioning of the workspace and employee well-being;
- Responsible for internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and supplies)
Requirements: · Previous experience in assistance/administrative/receptionistduties of 2-3 years; · High level of English, Spanish andChinese; · Ability to manage multiple tasks and Microsoft package; · Work permit in Spain.
