- mm，我有banco popular的账号，去年银行柜员说可以走Trabex给国内汇钱，8000欧手续费10欧。今年柜员告诉我，银行有新政策，说每三个月最多只能汇3000欧。请问这是真的吗？他为什么限定我3000欧呢？不是说拿着现金不用开账号也能去银行汇款吗？（虽然手续费贵点）。一直困惑中，但是银行柜员也是含糊其辞搞不清楚。希望能得到mm的解答，谢谢mm了。

- 划算不划算很难讲， 因为本人不在这里发展的话， 还是在中国投资比较好， 因为基金还是需要自己去看管的。光是汇来汇去的手续费就很多了。

- 4月份banco popular有一个活动，就是开新账号可以送一台惠普的笔记本电脑，估值在400欧左右。
具体条件是开新账号，在签合同以后的一年半以内，要保证每个月往银行里面打工资1500欧元以上（只需要打钱进来就可以了，钱可以自由支配），并且将家里的两项支出，包括水，电，煤气和电话费等任意两项都由这个新账号支出即可。
如果在这一年半中，没有达到以上条件的，就要支付笔记本电脑的钱。
我和老公签署了这个合同，现在电脑还没到，又在犹豫要不要取消掉。原因是我们明年六月份大概就不在西班牙了，到时候往账号里打工资还好说，但是如果不在西班牙这里居住了，那家里的两项支出就无法向银行支付了。到时候如果搞不好要赔电脑钱的。
mm有知道这个活动的吗？说说，这个合同我们要不要趁着电脑没到之前推掉呢？
